ViaMarketsGo Review: Don’t Risk Trading with This Firm

Overview of scam broker ViaMarketsGo

ViaMarketsGo Review, It’s completely unnatural for an acclaimed broker to first force you to register and then let you enter their website. That’s because ViaMarketsGo only pretends to be one. Just like Finex Trader, ViaMarketsGo claims to have a UK address which is not the true state of matter.

To immediately get your contact info, ViaMarketsGo first asks you to open a live trading account before you can visit their site. After we did everything according to the instructions, we still didn’t get to the website homepage, only the client area. Here you can open the Webtrader and perform transactions. But it isn’t all so smooth and seamless.

Lacking crucial company info, addresses, and contact numbers, ViaMarketsGo leaves no traces behind. They’re completely anonymous. That’s why we bring you this ViaMarketsGo review to help you find out the truth.

ViaMarketsGo and their fraudulent activities have been noticed by two major EU regulators:

Italian CONSOB:

CONSOB warning on ViaMarketsGo

Company RT Sale LTD
Regulation Unregulated
Warning KNF, CONSOB
Website ViaMarketsGo.Co.Uk
Address UK
Email N/A
Phone N/A

ViaMarketsGo Reliability – License and Fund Security

Without a single proof of their credibility and legal status, ViaMarketsGo offers their services to Polish and Italian traders. The website is active in most other EU countries, as well as the UK. Since the two warnings state that ViaMarketsGo does not have the authorization to sell their products and services, it clearly means they have no legal license.

The EEA and UK are the most severely regulated areas in the world. The regulators in these zones belong to Tier 1 authorities and are extremely thorough and diligent. Licensing rules are pretty much the same in both areas and they first demand an initial investment of 730 000 EUR/GBP. Then every broker has to work on providing the highest security standards for their customers.

This is done through several steps:

  • Providing segregated bank accounts
  • Restricting the leverage to 1:30
  • Ensuring the negative balance protection
  • Forming a compensation pool
  • Full transparency and transaction reporting
  • Forbidding bonuses

These basics are the pillars of the regulatory framework which reigns in the EEA and UK. Every broker with such a license is also strictly supervised and no mistakes are forgiven.

ViaMarketsGo is not in the least transparent about their company history and exact trading conditions. Their leverage available goes up to 1:1000 and there’s no negative balance protection. As you can already conclude, their conditions do not match or follow the regulatory standards in the countries where ViaMarketsGo operates.

Trading Platform Overview at ViaMarketsGo

Right after opening an account with ViaMarketsGo, you can preview the trading platform. Since live trading accounts are the only available option, without a Demo account you can’t place trades or do anything else.

The jokingly simple web terminal offers fewer features and useless options. There is, for example, a feature that allows you to set the stop loss and take profit. Buy/sell orders don’t work without depositing first, but you can do a bit of chart customizing. That’s pretty much it. We have previously reviewed Opendealbroker, another scam company that has a somewhat similar terminal in use.

ViaMarketsGo Trading Accounts

Although we were supposed to be able to choose one of the six available packages, no such options were given to us during registration. These are the account types that ViaMarketsGo allegedly offers:

  • Standard – 1 000 €
  • Gold – 5 000 €
  • Premium – 10 000 €
  • Platinum – 25 000 €
  • VIP – 50 000 €
  • Elite – 100 000 €

Whoever is behind these ideas for account types took the prices a bit too far, wouldn’t you agree? Especially because the broker is unregulated and cannot guarantee any of the advertised services and account features. Nothing also protects your deposits, even the smallest ones, as ViaMarketsGo doesn’t have a compensation fund and negative balance protection.

ViaMarketsGo Deposits and Withdrawals

The user panel was designed to easily direct traders to fund their trading accounts and cash out their profits. Well, not with ViaMarketsGo, no. We became aware the transactions were impossible as soon as we clicked on the deposit button.

The minimum amount is 1000 EUR but after you click it and choose to proceed to pay, the error appears and you can’t proceed. We got an error message telling us to contact customer support via email, but we never got an answer. Therefore, payment methods are a mystery.

Withdrawals and fees are also hidden. We could not even get a hint on how the payouts are processed, how long they take, and what fees the customers are obliged to pay.

ViaMarketsGo Trading Instruments

According to the web trader at ViaMarketsGo there are several groups of tradable assets available with leverage up to 1:1000 and spreads from 1.8 pips:

  • Shares (AstraZeneca, Barclays, Tesco, Rolls-Royce, FedEx)
  • Crypto (BTC, ETH, DASH, ZEC, NEO, ADA, DOGE)
  • Agricultures (coffee, sugar, corn, wheat)
  • Forex (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/CHF, USD/JPY)
  • Indices (JP225, UK100, SWI20, US30, US500)
  • Energies (Natural Gas, USOIL, Brent Oil)
  • Metals (Gold, Silver, Copper)

How is the Scam Performed?

ViaMarketsGo very cunningly leads you into their trap by setting up their registration page as a condition before proceeding to the site. After you’ve registered and let them know your credentials and contact information, the pestering can start via email or phone.

The super friendly agent will describe their offer as god’s given and a lifetime opportunity you shouldn’t miss. So you start investing from 1 000 EUR and keep doing so, as long as the platform is showing nothing but profit and one successful trade after the other.

But don’t be fooled by it. ViaMarketsGo wants you to go on with it as long as you’re breathing and until you’re down to your very last penny. Because when you try to make a withdrawal they will simply alter the software to show loss or they’ll start asking for more cash to cover the fees and whatnot.

ViaMarketsGo Trade Summary

Not just an unscrupulous online financial services provider. ViaMarketsGo seeks any way imaginable to use clients to their benefit. They will easily steal the identities of clients, misuse their funds and abuse the trust they were given. For that, they’ve been blacklisted by the Polish regulatory body – KNF as well as the Italian CONSOB.

It’s just a matter of time before another one of their domains is shut down and put up for sale. But until then they still have room to navigate and scam while avoiding legal charges. Do not become their target and choose a broker that will provide you the safety you seek.
